Starting to seriously think that Moyes has reached his limitations and a replacement should be considered.
He's taken us from side battling relegation every year to a very decent side easily in the top half now, but are we satisfied with that? I'm not. We should be pushing on and become a solid top 6 side with real aspirations to be a top 4 side. At the moment we are going to struggle to stay top 8 and on todays showing have no chance ion the FA cup or Europa league.
And thats not good enough.

Moyes is a seriously good manager . He can frustrate the life out of me with his lack of squad rotation . But he gets far more right than wrong.

A strong team lose together and win together. This has worked well in the last two years.

You have to laugh at some on here. When ever we lose a game it's not that some teams are better on the day. It's due to Moyes not getting the subs right. So let's hope he does in future and we won't lose a game.

If Moyes can get us to compete comfortably in both the cup front and league front hen it is no doubt he’ll go on to be our best manager…..it’s transfer windows I worry about his decision making due to seemingly limit having a tight budget and rarely getting in players early in the window…..this could all change next window though if we at least get to the final….

Everyone has a right to their opinion but theres a few on here who given the opportunity are itching to slag Moyes off its plain stupid.He’s not beyond criticism but there’s no argument in how he’s turned us into a team that’s no longer a laughing stock and difficult to beat for the best part.
I for one hope he stays at West Ham I like the fellas honesty and the years are on his side.
There’s no argument he’ gets the best out of average players and knows the importance of a team spirit given the backing who knows.
I’d wager there’s a few teams in the prem that would bite your hand off to get Moyes in given the chance.
There’s four teams left in the Europa cup now and there’s every chance of us winning it.
Who’d have thought that five years ago?

I know the pricks who hand out the manager of the year rarely divert from their usual sycophantic awarding of the usual suspects like klopp & guardiola, but what moyes has achieved on far less money than what was spent on grealish is nothing short of miraculous

You don't achieve what Moyes has already done at West Ham without being a very good manager.
Of course, this is West Ham, so what he does may be sabotaged by the board. If that happens, don't be blinded by the propaganda that Moyes is suddenly shit.
